How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Pawket
- Tap Cancel Subscription
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly within the Pawket app by following these steps:
- Open the Pawket app on your device
- Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top navigation
- Select "Profile" from the menu options
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile section
- Tap the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button (shown in red)
- Review the deletion warning and tap "Delete Forever" to confirm
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
